What we collect
- Account details from your sign-in provider: name and email.
- Details you add: BACB ID, school, organization, state and your supervisors’ names, emails and certification numbers.
- Fieldwork sessions: dates, times, hour types and your notes.
Don’t put client names or other protected health information in notes. Fieldwise is built for fieldwork records, not clinical records.
How we use it
To run the app: check your months against BACB requirements, fill in your verification forms, send them to the supervisors you choose, and sync across your devices. We don’t sell your data and don’t show ads.
Where it’s stored
Data is stored with our database provider in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per account by row-level security.
Your choices
You can download any of your verification forms at any time, delete your data from Profile, or email us to delete your account. Forms sent for signature with Pro stay available to you and your supervisor for 7 years, the period the BACB asks you both to keep them.
