Real Life Experiences at Blossom ABA Therapy
Raizy Izrailev
I recently had the privilege of working alongside the team at Blossom ABA providing consulting services. I must say it was truly an exceptional experience. The team at Blossom demonstrated high levels of professionalism and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Their communication abilities and collaborative approach to seek clinical guidance (from their already exceptionally skilled staff!) affirms their commitment to excellence and dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those they service.

I've been an Employee at Blossom for about 8 months and so far my experience has been beyond enjoyable. They take care of their employees from daily support to fair compensations. They are very understanding of personal situations and don't make you feel guilty if you can't take on more responsibilities than you feel like you can. It's the first job I've had where I feel like I'm well compensated for the work I do and appreciated. They are also always open to new ideas and very proactive with solving problems for employees and clients. They surpassed my expectations as a BCBA!

Working here has been amazing. The amount of support I have received to grow as an RBT has been solid. You can always get in contact with someone if you need help with a client or just a simple troubleshoot issue. I feel seen as an employee here.
