Job description
At Clear Progress ABA, our RBTs play a key role in helping children build meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills.
Provide compassionate 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Support behavior-reduction goals using positive, proactive strategies
Collect accurate data during each session using a tablet or phone
Communicate progress and collaborate with your supervising BCBA
Maintain professionalism and a supportive attitude with families
Participate in ongoing training and supervision to strengthen your skills
