Job description
You’ll be part of our clinical team providing direct, 1:1 support to children with autism and related developmental needs. You’ll implement treatment plans, teach new skills, support behavior-reduction goals, and collect accurate data to track progress.
What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 support to children with autism and related developmental needs
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills using evidence-based ABA strategies
Support behavior-reduction goals using positive, ethical, and proactive approaches
Collect accurate data during every session using a tablet or phone
Follow session protocols and communicate progress to your supervising BCBA
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a supportive attitude with clients and families
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and supervision to strengthen your skills
