Come join Prism’s team! Looking for people who want to change the lives of children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We have openings for Behavior Analysts in our early intervention center. Prism’s ABA treatment is compassionate, relationship-based and a lot of fun. We welcome entry level applicants who are excited to learn! The mission of Prism is to achieve the most socially significant outcomes for people with autism
by identifying, treating and educating as early and intensively as possible and by focusing on the lifelong remediation of core deficits. We are passionate, analytical, committed to betterment, and foster lasting relationships.

- BCBA certification and Connecticut Behavior Analyst license must be in good standing
(or license-eligible)
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis

- Willingness to accept and ability to apply feedback
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
