Job description
At Clear Progress ABA, our BCBAs are the heart of our clinical quality. You’ll design meaningful, individualized programs, support families, and guide technicians with strong, ethical leadership.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence‑based ABA
Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs/BTs
Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data
Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
Maintain high ethical and clinical standards consistent with applicable BACB requirements and professional standards.
