You are a licensed BCBA who pairs clinical precision with composure, warmth, and professionalism. You understand that exceptional care is both data-driven and deeply human.
Active BCBA certification with licensure in Maryland and Virginia.
Current CPR certification
Experience serving children with autism spectrum disorder, with early intervention experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills that build clarity and confidence for families
Ability to collaborate seamlessly within an integrated ABA and Speech model
Genuine commitment to empowering children and cultivating calm, confidence, and independence for families
